Terms & Payment: All orders are FOB Elgin, IL. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover & PayPal Credit Card.

NQ Midwest knife supplies, the buyer expressly warrants that he/she is in compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations regarding the purchase, ownership, and use of the item. It shall be the buyer’s responsibility to comply with all Federal, State, and local laws & regulations governing the sale of any item listed, illustrated, or sold in our store. The buyer expressly agrees to indemnify and holds harmless Anjay Traders for all claims resulting directly or indirectly from the purchase, ownership, or use of the item in violation of applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations.

  • SHIPPING: Unless otherwise specified, orders will be shipped out “Best Way”, meaning the cheapest way decided between USPS and We ship Monday – Friday with next business day also to all 50 US States including most of our US Territory.

For International buyers: Please Check your country’s import laws in case of any item confiscated

  • NQ Midwest knife supplies will be held harmless, and assume no liability for the merchandise
  • International Shipping: Ship via First class international mail. (No tracking number if you want a tracking # then pick the shipping priority flat rate box). International orders may take 2 to 8 weeks after we ship your order. You are responsible for knowing the custom import laws and any customs duty, fee, or taxes.
  • NQ Midwest knife supplies do not take any responsibility after shipping your order and provide you a customs declaration CN22
  • Returns Policy: In case of a defective or damaged item Please contact us immediately, we will issue a return authorization number which must be accompanied by the returned item. We accept return within 7 days of delivery for full refund of the price of the item not including the shipping paid. Returned item shipping charges are the buyer’s responsibility we do not pay the return shipping costs.
